Healthy Hands and Hygiene offers tutoring to Nursing Students for math. Basic math (fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratio/proportion) are the foundation operations needed to master the skills of dosage calculations, medication constitution, and conversions.
Nurse Tawanda is a Math Teacher at Detroit Business Institute, Downriver Campus. The tutoring curriculum is offered to LPN Students for the 2 week Math orientation prior to program start.
Tutoring rates begin at $20 per hour and are scheduled at 2 hour increments MAX.
